Oh Tannenbaum!

It's been a hectic week. The babies started daycare on Friday. Ella was so excited & showed them off to all of her friends. She told me that she went to check on them 4 times on Friday. The same ladies that cared for Ella are taking care of the twins. I was a bit worried when I called & heard Charlie (who is normally fairly low key) crying in the background. But, when Nick picked them up, the ladies told him that we have happy babies as long as Charlie has a full tummy & Greta has a face to talk to. So, I guess they zeroed in pretty quickly on the twins' dispositions. Another teacher said that Greta reminds them of Ella - a little girl who is not afraid to tell you when she doesn't like the way things are going!

We put the tree up on Sunday. Despite initial protests, Ella had a lot of fun picking out the tree. She was giddy as I was putting up the lights & said that Santa was going to love coming to our house to see the beautiful tree. She took a lot of interest in trimming the tree this year as evidenced by the cluster of ornaments along the bottom! Posted by Picasa
