We are so thankful that Mom is in Bangkok & not Mumbai. It sounds like the military might start evacuating tourists through the military bases outside of Bangkok. Until then, I hope she's enjoying her extended stay in Thailand. The tour guide is still with her group & let everyone use his cell phone yesterday (Jessica spoke with her). We've read stories that the UN has recommended that personnel stay indoors so I'm not sure how they are spending their day. We are glad this came at the end of their trip & that (fingers crossed) it's been a relatively peaceful demonstration to date. Here's to a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Thailand and India & safe travels this holiday.
