The pooch has been a bit under the weather for the past week. Last week, he took a little walk by himself & couldn't walk when he got home. He's been avoiding our stairs for a few weeks, but now he needed help standing up. It wasn't looking promising after our first vet visit. The second vet put him on steroids & doggie pain meds. We were anxious about leaving our hobbled dog with Jessica & Kevin for the weekend. But, it sounds like all went well and we were thrilled to return this evening. He's running up & down the stairs & his demeanor has returned to normal. Fingers crossed the steroids keep working their charm.
