I made an impromptu trip to New Mexico thus weekend. It sounds like the kids are having a fabulous time with the babysitter & Jessica. They made it to Garden After Dark & a final visit to their favorite indoor "amusement park."
It's nice looking at Albuquerque with new eyes. I can see the apartment where we we live temporarily. So far, house hunting really isn't any less stressful than home selling. It sounds like bidding wars are not uncommon here - even in this market. We are considering renting, but have only found 2 homes in the right zip code & both want a year lease.
