I Don't Like Bunnies

One of Charlie's favorite parts of our weekend in Colorado was the campfire.

Aunt Jessie swears that declaring your dislike of cute little cottontails will make the campfire smoke go away. The kids are true believers now too.

I love sitting around the fire on beautiful nights.

And, of course, the kids love roasting marshmallows. Someone has a tendency to eat too many marshmallows.  So, someone was asked not to eat any until the roasting sticks were ready.

Someone had a hard time resisting the sugary goodness.

I'm loving our warm fall nights & hope they keep going for a bit. Now that the winds have died down, I think we need to use our fire pit again.
