While Uncle K was still in town, he went with Nick & Ella to Taos for a day of skiing. It's a big haul in one day - nearly 5 hours of driving. It's also a lot more advanced than Sandia Peak. Nick says the twins & I need to get comfortable on the hill close to home before the family makes the trip to Taos. Since the twins & I haven't made it skiing once this year, I'm guessing Taos will be on next seasons plan.
The conditions were really nice and they had a great time. Even though Ella isn't skiing as often as she used to, the guys said she still skied like a pro.
Uncle K is always so good about taking lots of pictures which makes it fun for me.
Next year, I want the twins & I to take lessons so we can {try} to have more family adventures. Of course, this month I've worked every weekend, but I'm hoping the end is near.

Spring break is just around the corner. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the snow will stay & we can get the rest of the family on the slope this season.
