Monday: Week 5


I've been working our regularly since October (with a little slump over the Christmas holidays). My focus last week & this week are on getting at least 6 hours of intense exercise a week and meeting my water quota. Last week, I exceed that goal. This week, I will ratchet up the intensity with the hope that I'll start seeing some visible results of this hard work.
