On Saturday night, Kari, Kim & I went to the Black & White Night sponsored by the Junior League. The three of us are planning a fundraiser for the Montessori School in February. We took lots of notes! The flowers & decor was beautiful.
Instead of a silent auction, they held opportunity drawings where about 10 beautiful art pieces had boxes in front of them. You purchased raffle tickets & dropped your tickets in the boxes. Unfortunately we didn't win anything. Citris Grill provided great heavy appetizers. I had considered using the restaurant to cater an event during the baptism weekend this summer - I underestimated how tasty the food would be! There was a lovely jazz band & because the event was held at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts, we enjoyed a great Andy Warhol exhibit.
