I realized I never posted pictures from our trip. Here is a first installment. This was sunset from the gorgeous Arabian Horse Barn where we had dinner on awards night. They took pictures of all of the honorees before dinner.

Here is Nick & the other gentlemen from his department who were recognized. Most of the men work in other cities, so it was nice to get to meet some of the people that Nick talks about. Nick doesn't have a lot of women on his team & I think that must be the case across the country. I think there were less than 5 women at the event. However, women were very well represented in the upper management that attended. I guess it isn't much different from my work.

Here is a photo of the Golden Door Spa. Nick's company paid for a massage one day & the rest of the time I spent lounging or exercising. It wasn't too hot or sunny so I spent a lot of time by the pool reading my books.

The setting was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing that was missing was the swim up bar with pina coldas.
