Happy Fourth of July!

We've been non-stop since Thursday. We {barely} survived the 4 1/2 hour flight with the twins. I was exhausted at the end of the flight (as was Greta). We gate checked our strollers in Salt Lake City & Delta managed to lose one of the strollers. Luckily, Ella was a HUGE help & pushed Charlie through JFK while I carried Greta, the camera bag, my laptop & a suitcase. We took the train to the rental car terminal & ushered everyone off without any problems & headed to the elevator. Then, I saw Nick drop his suitcase & run to the train to retrieve his suit for the wedding.
We spent 3 hours at JFK trying to find someone who cared about fact that they lost our stroller (3 days later, it still hasn't been found). After arriving at Aunt Liz's, Ella & I joined them at my cousin Caroline's house. She hosted her own rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. She & Brandon were so calm & organized. It was amazing!
Since they were getting married on the 4th of July, they planned to give sparklers & matches as party favors. After they bought 900 sparklers, the reception hall told them it was illegal to distribute sparklers. We have a few sparklers to play with this week! Uncle Al helped Ella with her first sparkler & she was a little timid (which is why she is protecting her face). Lovely evening & lovely way to start the week.
