Keep on Groovin'

Once again, I am surprised to realize that it's been a week since I've posted. Last week was hectic with weeknight events & the Powell's in town & this week is crazy too. Two parties during the week wipes us out. In the meantime, my little bunny has had bouts of being a rabid dog. Nick's been spending some quality time with her biking through the neighborhood. They log about 16 miles a week - not too shabby.
Nick & I are coming up with some new strategies to helping Ella through this unusual period of time. The first is to have clearly defined expectations of what everyone will do around the house. Ella said she would help come up with her responsibilities and would also help identify some chores for the twins. Part of the acting up may be a result of the fact that Greta & Charlie still have different rules & expectations than she has. We asked her whether she remembered her chores from when she was 2 (when she was feeding Hogan & putting out the placemats). She said "Oh yes. I remember I scrubbed all the floors." Our little Cinderella.
