After our cold day seeing Santa at the zoo, we warmed up with hot chocolate and a gingerbread decorating session. Greta ate an unbelievable amount of the candy.
It's a special treat for Ella to get a hot chocolate from a particular coffee house. She says they make the best hot chocolate. She takes 2 drinks & she's done. Charlie & Greta prefer homemade hot chocolate:
ingredients (no substitutions allowed)
1 coffee mug
8 oz cold milk
copious amounts of marshmallows
Directions:
Pour milk in mug. Give marshmallows and a spoon to child. DO NOT under ANY circumstances consider heating the milk or adding chocolate. Enjoy!
