Another holiday season gone. I'm ready for the New Year. New beginnings. We had a great visit with my Mom. In my typical fashion these days, I didn't take many pictures - just one of Mom (and her eyes are closed - oops!). We had fun at the zoo, shopping, relaxing & reading loads of books to the kids. Mom now knows the names of all of the Backyardigans.
Nick & I are heading to Cancun for a few days. Jessica & Kevin have graciously offered to watch the kids and Hogan. They'll have fun playing in the snow while we re-energize for the New Year!
