We hiked Mt. Olympus in Boot Camp this morning. This is the Wasatch Mountain Range (via cameraphone) at 6 am! You can see a little bit snow remains up near Snowbird, Brighton & Alta ski resorts.
This is a view looking West over the Salt Lake Valley of the Oquirrh Mountains. Nothing like getting the workout done before the sun rises! I haven't done this hike in about 13 years (when Jessica & I did it duing my summer clerkship days). Now, I remember why. It's steep & tough on the knees. Hello aleve! But, there is something very satisfying about sipping a coffee (sans chai these days) & reflecting on what we've already accomplished this morning.
