After seeing Kari's Neon Boneyard photos, I knew that this would be on our to-do list for Vegas. They only offer tours in mid-day sun which is a challenge. And, they DO NOT want you to think it's a photshoot (they charge extra for that). But, our tour guide was fabulous & told so many interesting stories about the signs in the lot.
My sassy monkeys posed for a few photos.
We saw lots of signs that would be great to have shrunk for home use.
We found letters for everyone's names.
You'd frame this gem, right?
Battling the sun was tricky.
If you take children, be aware that they want you to hold their hands the entire time. Apparently some of these signs might include some broken glass.
A big thank you to Grandma for coming on the tour with us so I could take pictures while she & Nick corralled the kids.
If you want to visit, plan ahead to reserve a spot. Our tour was full!
