Whiskey Nights

DSC_8108
There is a new whiskey distillery in Park City & while Dad was visiting, we took the boys out for a Father's Day celebration.

The inside looks a bit like a microbrewery - only shinier. The only glitch in the evening was that they were out of mussels by the time we arrived.
White Whiskey Mojito
But, the way a restaurant makes a mojito made up for it - the perfect combination of sweet & crisp fresh taste. The white whiskey mojitos were amazing! The missing mussels were immediately forgotten.

The restaurant has everything from sandwiches to fabulous fish entrees and I love that you can order smaller sizes of the main courses.
Roasted Tomato Salad
Several dishes (like my salad) included incredible roasted tomatoes.

One of the better perks of being 6' 6'' is that when the menu reads "dessert for two," you can pretend not to see the small print, enjoy the krispy kremes plus kreme times two by yourself and still fit into your jeans the next day.
