When I booked my pricey last minute flight to New Mexico, there were no seats on the Sunday afternoon flights. Some seats opened up Saturday, but Delta wanted $350 more to change my flight. So, I've been up since 2 am worried that I would miss my early morning flight that would get me to work on time. 15 minutes before my scheduled departure, Delta announced that we were waiting for a part to arrive from Minnesota.
I called home to learn Greta is too sick for school (& I think Ella & I are fighting the same head cold), it snowed ( we sold the snow blower prematurely) & hogan was up in arms about something.
With any luck, I will make it home to relieve Jessica before she collapses from exhaustion.
At least the sun rise was pretty.
