It was really fun to be able to visit all of Jessica & K's favorite places.
Now, we can visualize where they are when they call or send photos.
One evening, we drove to La Jolla for a stroll before dinner.
We saw some cute critters
and lots of healthy looking birds.
It was so calming to hear the waves breaking.
And, the kids liked seeing Uncle K being silly.
I could get accustomed to taking Rocky for walks along this route.
The kids started a fossil garden with all their Indiana treasures. I think we will need to start a seashell garden too.

There is a lovely little retirement home across the street from the Cove. We've already told Tia that is the only place she can put us!
